Arzoo Rajani Connor

Arzoo Rajani Connor practices immigration law exclusively. She has extensive experience in deportation defense as well as family-based immigration. Arzoo is a 2011 graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. During law school, Arzoo distinguished herself as a Staff Writer with The Scholar, St. Mary’s Law Review on Minority Issues. She also worked as a law clerk for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on a variety of immigration cases including asylum, marriage-based petitions, and fiancé visas.

Arzoo previously worked as a commissioned officer and a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the United States Air Force.

She has extensive trial experience as a federal prosecutor in felony and misdemeanor cases.

As a JAG, Arzoo gained extensive immigration experience assisting military members, retirees, and dependents to obtain various immigration benefits.

Arzoo is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.

She has over 10 years of experience with extensive knowledge in handling removal defense cases such as waivers, immigration bond, defensive asylum, and cancellation for removal.

Diana is extremely detailed oriented with excellent research, investigative and reporting skills. Diana is both fluent in English and Spanish languages.

Lisa Noeth is a skilled and dedicated professional in the field of business and employment-based immigration. With a wealth of experience spanning five years, Lisa has honed her expertise in various aspects of employment-based immigration, working both for the employer and as a paralegal.

Her primary focus lies in employment-based and business immigration cases, encompassing a wide range of visas such as EB-1A, EB-5s, L-1s, H-1Bs, O-1s, and crafting L-1/E-2 Business Plans. Lisa’s passion for her work extends beyond individual cases, as she has also gained substantial experience in training paralegals in the intricate process of PERM labor certification. Her ultimate goal is to assist employers in retaining their top talent within the United States and aiding entrepreneurs in job creation through investment visas.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Lisa indulges in her various interests and hobbies. She finds solace in traveling to new destinations, using her creative flair to explore the realms of cooking and artwork. Lisa is also an avid hockey fan.
